Returns & Exchanges

At RAW DENIM, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unaltered denim. If your fit isn't perfect, we are committed to making it right through a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the denim is in its original condition with all tags attached, then securely pack the items using the original shipping mailer if possible.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
